Wholesale prices are visible once we approve your application. You will receive an email from us when this process is complete.

From time to time we offer special discounts and items on SALE to our online retail customers - these discounts or sale prices cannot be applied to your wholesale order.

The minimum wholesale order is $50.00 before shipping charges.

Payment options for online wholesale orders at checkout are: credit card using our secure online processing, PayPal, fax or phone in with credit card details.

Online orders over $100.00 will receive an additional 2% discount at online checkout with immediate payment.

Shipping charges will be adjusted based on actual shipping weight after the order is received. Any shipping adjustments will be charged or credited to the same card.

Standard wholesale orders will be shipped by commercial UPS.

Quilting From the Heartland reserves the right to cancel any order not meeting the above guidelines.
